Updates & Improvements

  • Introducing Conversation Cards 🎉

    • Cloverleaf Conversation Cards help spark meaningful discussions, break the ice, and build stronger team connections—whether in meetings, team-building sessions, or one-on-one conversations.

  • Cloverleaf has a new assessment! 📝

    • Insights Discovery assessment has been added to Cloverleaf! Existing and new customers of Insights Discovery can now view and sync their scores on the individual profile

      • Note: This experience is being rolled out to select customers based on Cloverleaf and Insights approval. Talk to your CSM if you are interested in access.

  • Updates to Coaching Focus

    • All Coaching Focuses are now available for every user, regardless of role

  • Updates to Activities

    • Activity facilitators can now decide whether feedback is shared when they set up an activity.

    • Facilitators can also access feedback for any completed activity directly in the My Activities tab, where they can see how participants felt about the activity and their key takeaways!

  • Coaching Tip improvements

    • Coaching tips now factor in Reporting Teams- manager, direct reports, and peers relationships now play a larger role in your Daily Coaching.

  • Managers can now easily request their direct reports on Cloverleaf!

    • Connecting with your direct reports unlocks your Reporting Team Dashboard, giving you Daily Coaching on the people you work with most, and unlocks the ability to run Activities directly with your team

Technical Notes and Bug Fixes:

  • i18n work to support Energy Rhythm

  • Cloverleaf no longer supports a previously deprecated capability for organizations to enable anyone to join that organization
