From the Admin Dashboard, you can make a lot of changes to all user accounts individually. The first step to make any changes is to sign in to your Cloverleaf account and go to your Admin Dashboard. To get started, click your profile icon in the top right and select Admin Settings.
Removing a Person Entirely from your Cloverleaf Organization
In the left-hand navigation, select the group of people you want to view or select "All People in Organization" to be shown a searchable list of everyone.
Click on "v" next to the name of the person you would like to remove.
Click on the "Remove From This Organization" button.
For those using Groups and wanting to remove a user that is placed in both a Cloverleaf Organization and a Group or Groups, you will want to press the "Remove From Organization and All Sub-Groups" button to remove the teammate entirely from our Cloverleaf Organization.
Pressing the "Remove From this Organization" button will take the teammate out of the Cloverleaf Organization level, but keep them in the group(s) they belong to.
Removing from a Team or Group
To remove someone from a team or group, click the "x" next to the team/group you want to remove them from.
