What does Team Thinking Style show?
The Team Thinking Style section of the Thinking Styles Comparison shows how your team thinks as a whole. Cloverleaf rates this as diverse, neutral, or similar, shown on a scale near the bottom of the section. Select the colored rectangle to open a description of what that rating means for your team.
How do I run a Thinking Styles Comparison?
Open the Thinking Styles Comparison drop-down.
Select an assessment: DISC, 16 Types, or Enneagram.
Choose the two teammates you want to compare from the drop-down menus.
Review the comparison that appears below your selections.
What does the DISC comparison show?
The DISC comparison opens with a description of how the two teammates differ and how those differences can work together in a complementary way. The middle section shows how each person tends to react to conflict, so you can anticipate their style and move through disagreements more smoothly. A scale at the end shows how similar their DISC scores are.
What does the 16 Types comparison show?
The 16 Types comparison opens with how each teammate approaches conflict and what they expect from it. It also covers how each person is perceived by others, along with what they want and what satisfies them. A scale at the end shows how similar their 16 Types scores are.
What does the Enneagram comparison show?
The Enneagram comparison opens with how the two teammates complement each other and what each contributes to the relationship. The middle section covers how each person communicates and works, along with common sources of conflict and how each teammate reacts to it. It closes with guidance on how the two can resolve conflict together.

Your Team Thinking Style rating and scale appear at the top of the section.
Selecting two teammates in the Thinking Styles Comparison drop-down produces a full DISC, 16 Types, or Enneagram comparison.
You can identify at least one concrete way to adjust communication or handle conflict with that teammate.
