What you’ll learn
Where to find the Strengthscope® assessment in Cloverleaf
How to start the assessment and how long it takes
What to do if you already took Strengthscope® outside Cloverleaf
Who can do this: Cloverleaf users whose organization has Strengthscope® turned on. Strengthscope® is a premium assessment. If the card isn’t on your My assessments page, Strengthscope® is most likely not turned on for your organization. Ask your Cloverleaf admin.
Where do I find the Strengthscope® assessment?
Every Cloverleaf assessment lives on your Assessments page, and Strengthscope® is one of them.
Select Assessments in the left-hand navigation.
The My assessments page opens and shows a card for each assessment available to you.
Scroll until you see the card labeled Strengths: Strengthscope®. Cards for assessments you haven’t taken yet show the Strengthscope® logo and the line “Reveals your unique strengths.”
Which option should I choose?
The Strengthscope® card has two buttons. Pick the one that fits your situation:
If you’ve never taken Strengthscope®, select Take assessment.
If you already took Strengthscope® on the Strengthscope® website, select I’ve taken this already.
To read more about Strengthscope® before you start, hover over the ? icon next to the card title.
How do I take the assessment for the first time?
On the Strengths: Strengthscope® card, select Take assessment.
The Strengthscope® assessment introduction page opens in Cloverleaf. It shows how long the assessment takes and how many questions it has:
25 minutes
175 questions
When you’re ready, select Start assessment.
Answer each question and follow the prompts until you finish.
Plan for about 25 minutes in one sitting, somewhere you won’t be interrupted. When you finish, Cloverleaf adds your results to the Strengthscope® card on your My assessments page.
How do I connect results I already have?
On the Strengths: Strengthscope® card, select I’ve taken this already.
Follow the prompt to go to the Strengthscope® website.
Log in with the same Strengthscope® account you used to take the assessment.
Cloverleaf then takes you back to My assessments, and your results load into the Strengthscope® card.
What’s the difference between the Free5 and the Significant 7 Results?
Strengthscope® measures 24 work-based strengths. The results on your card depend on which version of the Strengthscope® report your organization has.
Free5: Your top 5 strengths, listed in alphabetical order (not ranked), with a short description of each.
Significant 7: Your top 7 strengths from the full Strengthscope® report. The full report also includes:
The strengths wheel showing all 24 strengths, with your Significant 7 in purple
The strengths that may drain your energy
Tips for stretching each Significant 7 strength further
Overdrive risks (what a strength can look like when it’s overused), with tips to manage them
Access to StrengthsPortal™ online courses
Why am I only seeing 5 strengths instead of 7?
If your Strengthscope® card shows 5 strengths, you have the Free5 version of the report. The full report, which includes your Significant 7, is a premium option, and your organization’s Cloverleaf plan determines which version you see. To ask about access to the full report, contact your Cloverleaf admin.
If your organization upgrades, your Significant 7 replaces the Free5 on your card. You don’t need to retake the assessment.
You’ll know it worked when...
The Strengths: Strengthscope® card no longer shows the Take assessment and I’ve taken this already buttons.
Your strengths appear on the card.
You can select the card to explore each strength in more detail.
Teammates who have access under your Visibility Settings can see your results. This gives them a clearer picture of how you work best with them
