Managing Multiple Accounts
Cloverleaf lets you create and link multiple accounts if you are using Cloverleaf with multiple companies or even personally. Each account will have its own email and password, and once connected allows you to transfer assessment results so you have consistent data no matter how you are using Cloverleaf.
Creating a Second Account
If you already have an existing account on Cloverleaf, and you have been invited to join another organization, you will need to create a second account.
First, to accept the new invite for the second account, you will want to sign out of your existing Cloverleaf profile. Go through the steps to create your second account in Cloverleaf. Once you have two accounts created, to link them and transfer your assessment data- follow the steps outlined below!
Linking Two Accounts
Sign in to your profile that currently has your assessment data (likely your older account).
Open your Settings menu by clicking your avatar in the top corner of your browser window.
Select + Add Account in the drop-down menu.
This will bring you to a new sign-in page. Sign in to your second account (likely your newly created profile) that you wish to link and follow the authorization steps to link it to your first account.
Note: If you have additional accounts linked already, this will populate a full list to link all of them together.
Click "Allow". Once the new account is linked you will have the option to import assessment scores from any other accounts. Select the account you want to import from.
Choose which assessments you want to import over. If you have existing assessment data in your profile you are importing data into, it will ask if you want to override results.
Click continue and you will see confirmation that you successfully transferred your data into your new profile!
Switch Between Accounts
Open your Settings menu by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of your browser window.
Select switch account and choose the account you want to access. You may be required to sign back into the account you are switching to.
If you can't see the account you want to use, click Add Account to link another account or create a new one.
Importing Assessment Results
If you have linked multiple accounts already, you can still import assessment results from one to the other so you don't have to retake any assessments you already have results for. Here are the steps to follow.
Go to the account you wish to load scores onto (the account that does not have assessment data yet).
Open your Account Settings by selecting your avatar in the top right corner of your browser window.
Select the "..." menu from any of the pages in account settings and click "Import From Linked Account".
Select the account in the list you wish to pull scores from and click continue.
You will see all the assessment scores at a glance that will be loaded and you can choose to import all of them or select just specific ones.
Click continue and you will see confirmation that you successfully transferred your data into your new profile!
Note: importing results into another account does not remove them from the previous account.
