Cloverleaf gives you two ways to send invites (direct invite or via link). If you haven't communicated with the team yet, sending an invite via team link allows you to craft your own message to provide context and get them started.

Check out the template below:

Hi everyone,

We are rolling out a new tool called Cloverleaf to support individual growth and help our team work better together.

Cloverleaf is a personal and team development platform that helps you better understand how you work, communicate, and make decisions. It also provides insight into how your teammates may approach work differently. The goal is not to label anyone, but to create more awareness and understanding so collaboration feels easier and more intentional.

As you use Cloverleaf, you will see insights about your own strengths and preferences, along with guidance for working more effectively with others. These insights are designed to be practical and relevant to your day to day work, not theoretical or abstract.

Cloverleaf integrates into tools you already use, so you may see information connected to meetings or interactions with teammates. You are always in control of your own information, and the platform is designed to support learning and development in a respectful, low pressure way.

You will receive a separate message with instructions on how to get started. We encourage you to explore the platform at your own pace and use what feels helpful to you.

If you have any questions, please reach out to [internal contact or team].

Thanks,
[Sender name]
