We’re excited to introduce My Coaching Network! My Coaching Network is the list of teammates you get Coaching Tips on, allowing you to receive tips on the people you work with most! Getting Automated Coaching Tips and Insights just got a whole lot better!
My Coaching Network allows you to manage the group of teammates you get tips on. It was created to give you greater control over who you get coached on- allowing you to get tips on the teammates you work closest with. It also means you can get coaching on your colleagues without adding them to your team, or be on a team with someone and choose to not get tips on them.
Adding or removing users will directly affect Team Coaching Tips gotten through emails, slack, and MS Teams. You can access, add or remove users to/from your Coaching Network by:
Clicking the My Coaching Network on your sidebar navigation
Clicking on the New! Change Who You Get Coaching On link in your Daily Coaching Emails
Clicking on Add/Remove To Network in your teammate's profiles
Looking to find someone in your network? You can also sort by First, Last Name or by searching for them.

No, your Organization Directory is a list of everyone signed up to Cloverleaf in your organization.

No, your Coaching Network is confidential to you and you alone.

No, your Coaching Network is confidential to you and you alone.
Will users be notified when I add or remove them from my network?
No, users will only be notified if their profile is private.
Can I add people outside my organization to my network?
No, you can only add people within your organization to your network.
