What is DISC?

The DISC model is a personality assessment that categorizes individuals into four main types:

  • Dominance (D): These individuals are direct, result-oriented, and enjoy challenges. They are decisive and prefer a fast-paced environment.

  • Influence (I): Social, enthusiastic, and persuasive, Influencers thrive in collaborative settings and are great at motivating others.

  • Steadiness (S): Calm, supportive, and patient, Steadiness types are dependable team players who value harmony and consistency.

  • Conscientiousness (C): Detail-oriented, analytical, and systematic, Conscientiousness types excel in planning and precision tasks.

How to Use the DISC Model

  1. Understand Your Team:

    • Each team member takes the DISC assessment to identify their personality type.

    • Use the results to gain insights into each person’s strengths, preferences, and potential areas for development.

  2. Improve Communication:
