Who is this guide for? Google Workspace Admin

What can I learn from this page? How to ensure Cloverleaf's Calendar Integration will work as intended with Google Calendar

The following guide will walk the Google Workspace Admin through their API controls page in order to ensure Google Calendar is set to allow for Cloverleaf's Calendar Integration to share tips with users properly.

  1. To see if the org has set calendar permissions as restricted, click on “MANAGE GOOGLE SERVICES” (https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/list?tab=services) — if the Access column value by Calendar does not say “Unrestricted”, then this issue is impacting the workspace.

  2. To fix, the workspace admin can click into the “Accessed apps” “view list” link, or from the first page simply click “MANAGE THIRD-PARTY APP ACCESS”. Either approach should take them here: https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/list?tab=configuredApps. They should highlight the row with “Cloverleaf” and click “Change access”.

  3. The workspace admin clicks through a screen to select their whole organization, or a subgroup of users in the organization. If a subgroup is selected, this change will only apply to the subgroup(s) added.

  4. Next the workspace admin should click “Trusted”, or they may select “Specific Google data”, but in this case must make sure that all needed scopes are included:

  5. The workspace admin should click through and finalize by selecting “Change Access”
