So you've invited your teammates, taken some assessments, and now you've got a dashboard full of who knows what. Don't worry, we've got you. The TEAM Dashboard houses your teams assessment data and visualizes it in a way that's easy to understand once you learn how to get around. You can see your team's thinking styles, preferences, culture, values, personality, and more all on this dashboard. It aggregates your team's data, and offers insights into the makeup of your team while also allowing you to see how each team member contributes. It's a pretty neat tool.
The TEAM Dashboard has many different features that may be daunting at first glance. But, they are easy to understand once you know their capabilities. Here's an overview of some of the highlights on the TEAM Dashboard.
Here is the TEAM Dashboard as a whole! You can view assessments, team roles, a relationship map, and you can personalize it! Check out our Assessment Overview to learn more about our assessments.
As you can see, combined assessment data is presented with your team members' avatars according to their scores, but they are all shown together. Each assessment will include the visual representation of the team results. For example, here is DISC.
One of the strongest aspects of the TEAM Dashboard is the Relationship Map. It allows you to compare yourself to others on your team, and demonstrates the similarities and differences in communication, work style, and conflict, and how to deal with these issues. Check out this article on how to use the Relationship Map for more info!
The team drop-down list allows you to view the different teams that you are on and to switch between them. Also, create a new team by clicking the button at the bottom.
When you select the green team icon, you will be able to see all team members. If you don't want to view all of them at the same time, click the slide bar next to their name to toggle them off. If you are on a team with a lot of members, use the search bar to find them. It'll turn orange when a partial team is shown, but just hit the green reset button to turn it back to normal!
After you toggle team members off, your team tab will appear as shown.
This is the Team Roles Map. It shows the different roles that the team collectively fills with their personality traits. In the Team Roles Grid, you can see the individual traits of each team member. If anyone has three circles that are filled with green for any of the traits, the team will then have that role checked off -- it shows that someone on your team fills that role. Check out this article for more on Team Roles.
Finally, the Baseball Card is another useful feature that allows you to view a team member's results more clearly, and to navigate to their entire profile. Just click their avatar, and go from there! Check out this article to learn more about the Baseball Card.
These steps should help you get started in understanding the power within the TEAM Dashboard, as well as within your team! There's more to learn about applying what you've learned, so check out our blog or other articles about the TEAM Dashboard.
