After you have added a new candidate, you might want to add more than one reviewer, or person on your team who will be able to view the candidate on the team. To do this:

  1. Sign In to your account and click on "ADMIN" at the top of the page.
  2. Click on "CANDIDATES" and then "ALL CANDIDATES".
  3. Click on the candidate's name.
  4. From here, you can click in the "CANDIDATE REVIEWERS" dropdown and choose someone from the list.

Another way to do this is follow step 1, then:

  1. Click "ADD NEW CANDIDATE".
  2. Follow step 4 from above.

If you are set as a reviewer of a candidate, you can view them where it says "REVIEW CANDIDATES" under the "CANDIDATES" tab. You will also get an email once you are set as a reviewer, with the option to download the reports available for that candidate.

If you are a Group Admin, you will have access to candidates, and you can invite candidates specific to your group.
