We’ve made some improvements to our Culture Pulse assessment to help you better understand the different preferences you and your teammates have in getting work done.
While Culture Pulse 2.0 might look and feel the same as the original, all 24 questions are new and improved. These updates make it easier to take and understand, but also more accurate.
At its core, Culture Pulse's six dimensions remain the same: organizational effectiveness, audience orientation, organizational control, group identity, personal approachability, and management philosophy are integral in demonstrating how organizational culture controls the way your employees and teammates behave amongst themselves.
