Insight Search just got smarter. Now, when you search, you’ll see an AI-generated summary of your results. These summaries provide a concise overview tailored to your specific search for faster understanding without scanning every individual tip

Assessment Hub Access: Users can now view their Cloverleaf assessment results (DISC, Enneagram, 16 Types) directly within Workday! No need to toggle between systems — insights are right where users need them most.

Take Assessment Tasks: Users are now able to seamlessly start new assessments via pre-authenticated links. These links automatically log users into Cloverleaf, creating a smooth, one-click experience to complete assessments.

Initial Cloverleaf Data Sync With Workday: Cloverleaf has setup an initial framework for communicating between Cloverleaf and Workday systems. This enhances the reporting capabilities within Workday as well as ensuring the data between systems are up-to-date

We’re proud to share that Cloverleaf now meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. This certification ensures our platform is more accessible to all users and reflects our ongoing commitment to inclusive design.

Reports can now directly request their managers in Cloverleaf, making it easier for reporting teams to establish the right manager-report relationships from the start.

Adding someone to your Coaching Network now increases the frequency of coaching tips about that teammate—even more than just sharing a team. This change prioritizes the people you choose to learn and grow with.

We’ve continued to expand our German and Spanish coaching content. These updates improve clarity, consistency, and overall experience for our international users—laying the foundation for more languages to come.

We’ve launched the new Cloverleaf Feedback app on Workday Extend!

This integration enhances Workday’s “Give Feedback” feature by delivering personalized, AI-driven feedback suggestions based on the giver’s and receiver’s personality insights.

Coaches’ branding will now appear in Cloverleaf emails, including Daily Coaching, for a more personalized experience.

Easily find teammates from anywhere on Cloverleaf. Coaches can now search across all federated organizations, making it easier to find the people they are working with.

Org Admins can now navigate directly to a user’s admin view from their profile page, streamlining user management.

Org managers are now required for lead links, ensuring that every trial includes an assigned org manager for better oversight.

Cloverleaf Conversation Cards help spark meaningful discussions, break the ice, and build stronger team connections—whether in meetings, team-building sessions, or one-on-one conversations.

Insights Discovery assessment has been added to Cloverleaf! Existing and new customers of Insights Discovery can now view and sync their scores on the individual profile

All Coaching Focuses are now available for every user, regardless of role

Activity facilitators can now decide whether feedback is shared when they set up an activity.

Facilitators can also access feedback for any completed activity directly in the My Activities tab, where they can see how participants felt about the activity and their key takeaways!

Coaching tips now factor in Reporting Teams- manager, direct reports, and peers relationships now play a larger role in your Daily Coaching.

Connecting with your direct reports unlocks your Reporting Team Dashboard, giving you Daily Coaching on the people you work with most, and unlocks the ability to run Activities directly with your team
