Incomplete Assessments banners are now visible on Reporting Teams and Dashboard Builder, making it easier to encourage your team to complete assessments

Bulk Importer makes it easy for Org Admins to manage their organization by adding or removing users via CSV upload, setting Reporting Teams by importing manager email data, and quickly updating user information and team assignments.

Org Admins can now send organization-wide invites from themselves or their organization via Admin Dashboard

All Reporting Teams are now nested under a Reporting Teams section for easy navigation on Admin Dashboard, and there is a new Reporting Teams overview page. Admins can view all Reporting Teams Dashboards and update team member’s managers.

Our HRIS integration automatically syncs team member information, keeping everything up-to-date as employees join, leave, or move within your organization. We also leverage reporting structures to deliver hyper-relevant coaching recommendations tailored to your teams.

Coaching Focus Check-Ins are great way for your team to reflect on their goals and see real progress. It’s not just about reflection—by sharing priorities, you’ll get tailored insights and actionable steps to help you move forward.

Improved support for promotion code filtering of trials. Now organization managers can set and update details about federated organizations like company size and contact emails. Contact emails are now automatically invited into the federated organization!
