Discover is your new homepage
On July 23, your landing page evolves from “My Dashboard” into a hub built for dynamic, personalized coaching — powered by assessments and grounded in real work context. You’ll find:
Coaching front and center: The first place you go to navigate challenges, build relationships, and grow.
Contextual guidance: Insights delivered when you need them, so you can take action in the moment.
Simplified navigation: Key features are organized around coaching journeys, not menus.
What’s Changing from My Dashboard
We’ve replaced the old dashboard with a seamless, coaching-driven experience:
Tasks & Notifications
• Calendar invites, team joins, and assessment nudges now appear as in-context prompts within your coaching flow.
Coaching Focus & Profile
• Moved into the user menu (top-corner dropdown) for quick access when you need to adjust your view.
Calendar
• Lives on its own sidebar page, so you can schedule and view sessions without hunting.
Reporting Teams
• Still in the sidebar for your organizational overviews.
Coaching Network
• Shifted into Settings — it’s there when you need it, out of the way when you don’t.
Legacy Features
• Resource Feed is deprecated; Daily Coaching tips still arrive by email.
Discover: A New Contextual Search Experience
Cloverleaf is no longer just a lookup tool — it’s your on-demand coaching assistant:
Ask human questions like “How can I help Jordan navigate our next meeting?” or “What are Lee’s top motivators under pressure?”

Team Dynamics at your fingertips: Jump from individual coaching to dyadic or group insights in one unified search.
Built-in help & history: Find product guidance alongside coaching tips, plus revisit past reflections in your search history.
Grow
Your coaching activity in one place: think of this as you personal growth vault, not just a record of past coaching, but a dynamic reflection and recommitment space. All your saved tips and reflections, are getting a new home along side the new Discover Coaching History in the sidebar. It’s a single place for you and your people to revisit, reflect, and refocus on your coaching.
