How does Cloverleaf use AI?

Discover leverages leading AI models to generate personalized coaching based on the assessment results of you and your teammates. We anchor all AI generated insights to the same research-backed source material that has always been behind Cloverleaf tips, but now using AI to automatically determine what snippets of personality data are relevant to the question the user is trying to ask. Discover is a fully AI powered feature of Cloverleaf. We have a really high bar for coaching content quality, and we’ve been delighted by what Discover is able to create - it will only get better from here.

Searches in Cloverleaf stay private, they’re not shared with anyone, and they don’t train AI models. We only use anonymized, organization-level patterns to learn what’s working and improve the experience for your team.

How does Discover work with my people's visibility settings?

Discover is built upon the same user visibility model that exists across Cloverleaf. Your people will only be able to access coaching on individuals that they would have access to within Cloverleaf, which is either everyone in their organization (”Organization”) or a reduced set of selected individuals that your employees have granted visibility to (”Restricted”).

What happens to the old Cloverleaf experience?

During beta, toggle to switch back to the previous homepage at any time. After launch, the new experience becomes the default, with popular features moved or upgraded—see full details in our "What’s Changing" article.
