Connect and Customize Your Calendar in Cloverleaf

Learn how to connect, manage, and customize your Google or Microsoft calendar for meeting insights and coaching in Cloverleaf.

Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to Cloverleaf to receive meeting insights, coaching tips, and personalized recommendations based on who you are meeting with.

By integrating your calendar, you can better prepare for conversations, strengthen collaboration, and make the most of every meeting.


What You Can Do With Calendar Integration

Once connected, you can:

  • View Meeting Dashboards for meetings with two or more teammates

  • Receive daily Calendar Digest emails with coaching tips

  • Reflect, save, and share coaching insights

  • Connect multiple calendars

  • Invite teammates to create a profile

  • Navigate to teammate profiles, based on privacy settings

  • Snooze specific people, events, or recurring meetings

  • Manage digest frequency and insight settings


How to Connect Your Calendar

Option 1: From Account Settings

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top right corner.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. Click the Integrations tab.

  4. Select Connect a Calendar.

  5. Choose Google or Microsoft.

  6. Sign in and allow Cloverleaf access to your account.

Once connected, your calendar events will appear on your dashboard and insights will begin generating.


Option 2: From the Discover Page

  1. Go to the Discover Page.

  2. Locate Calendar from the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Click the settings gear icon in the top right corner.

You will be redirected to the Integrations tab where you can connect your calendar.


Connecting Multiple Calendars

You can connect more than one Google or Microsoft calendar.

To add another calendar:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Select the Integrations tab.

  3. Click Connect a Calendar.

  4. Complete the sign-in and authorization steps.

Once connected, insights from all calendars will appear in one place on your dashboard.


Using Calendar Insights

After connecting your calendar, you can:

View Meeting Dashboards

Access dashboards for meetings with two or more teammates to better understand group dynamics.


Receive Daily Calendar Digest Emails

Get personalized coaching tips for upcoming meetings. These tips help you prepare based on the strengths and tendencies of the people attending.

Invite Teammates

If someone appears in green within the calendar box, you can click their name to invite them to create a Cloverleaf profile.

Navigate to Profiles

You can access teammate profiles directly from your meeting view, depending on their visibility settings.


Personalizing Your Calendar Settings

You can customize how and when you receive insights.

To manage settings:

  1. Click the settings icon in the Calendar page on
    or

  2. Go to Account Settings and select Notifications

Click the three-dot menu next to a connected calendar to access the following options:

Edit Settings

  • Change the email address for digest delivery

  • Adjust how often you receive Calendar Digest emails

  • Select which days of the week you want events included

Be sure to click Save after making changes.

Manage Snoozed Events and People

View and manage any people or events you have snoozed.

Snoozing prevents a person or event from appearing in your Calendar Digest.

Disconnect a Calendar

You can remove a connected calendar at any time from this same menu.


Privacy and Visibility

You may receive insights for people outside your organization if both you and the other individual have your visibility settings set to Public. Profile access is always based on individual privacy settings.


Outlook Admin Support

If your team uses Microsoft Outlook, refer to the Microsoft Admin Guide for additional integration support and setup requirements.


You’re All Set

Once connected, your calendar insights will automatically begin generating. Use them to prepare intentionally, collaborate more effectively, and build stronger working relationships.
