The Team Dashboard is great for an overview of your team's composition, but sometimes we want to know more about individuals. 

Learn about your teammate's personality, strengths, motivations, and culture preferences by viewing their full profile. 

Click on your teammate's avatar and open up the Baseball Card for a quick overview of your teammate. Next to their name, you'll see "View Profile" which will then take you to see all of your teammate's information.

Scroll through their profile and take a look at their assessment results, as well as the insights box for a deeper understanding of your teammate and what you might need to know as you collaborate and work with them.
