To take an assessment, you first will want to navigate over to the Assessments page using the sidebar menu. This is your landing page for any assessments available to you on Cloverleaf!
How to Take an Assessment
When viewing your Assessments page, you will see each assessment available to take. Choose the one you want to take and click the "Take Assessment" button.
Any assessments that are required by your organization will have a banner noting it is required.
When you click Take Assessment, you will be brought out to a new page that will walk you through the assessment. Once you have completed it, you can navigate back to My Assessments and see your results!
How to Download Assessment Reports
Downloaded reports are only available for certain assessments and become available when the assessment is taken on Cloverleaf. Manually entering scores will not generate a report outside of your results on the dashboard.
To download a report, navigate to your "Assessments" page and find the "..." in the top right corner of the assessment module you want to download a report from.
Downloadable reports are available in English only for the following assessments: 16 Types, DISC, and Enneagram.
Entering Previous Scores Instead of Taking an Assessment on Cloverleaf
Some assessments allow you to enter your type if you have previously taken the assessment somewhere else. Use the "I Know My Type" button to input your scores.
How to Retake an Assessment or Edit Scores
From the Assessments page, you can retake assessments, edit scores, and download reports. From the Assessment module on your Assessment page, click the "..." to view available options.
While you can retake and edit your scores, there is no way revert back to your previous results. You would need to enter your scores if you remember them or take the assessment again.

You can retake if you received what's called a "searching score" instead of clear results, this is actually pretty common with ID assessments - they want to make sure you get the most accurate result possible. Once you have your ID score, you cannot retake this assessment.
