How to Use Discover
Discover provides personalized coaching based on assessment insights and organizational context. You can use it for yourself, with a teammate, or with an entire team.
Using Discover for Yourself
How To:
Log in to your Cloverleaf account.
Locate the Discover search bar.
Type a question or scenario you are facing.
Example: “How can I prepare for a difficult conversation?”
Example: “What are my strengths under stress?”
Press Enter to generate your personalized coaching response.
Your AI Coach will pull from your assessment data and provide relevant insights and practical guidance tailored to you.

Open Discover in your Cloverleaf account.
