This guide will walk Org Admins through how to utilize Org Reports.

Org Reports gives admins a high-level view of core metrics allowing them to get a pulse on how their people are using Cloverleaf, giving admins the ability to drill into the data and take action to ensure their people are getting activated on Cloverleaf.

​
At the top of Org Reports, there are counts for each report. Clicking on each count reveals more data.
​
​Total Users
​See the total number of users within your organization who have created an account. Clicking into this report will reveal all users within your organization along with their Role, User Type, and Date Joined.
​


​Pending Users

See the number of people who have been invited to join your organization but have not yet created an account. Clicking into this report will reveal a full list of pending users, along with the date of their first invite, their last sent invite, and who they were invited by.
​


​Total Teams
​See the total number of teams in your organization. Clicking into this report will reveal a full list of teams within your organization, the number of members on each team, the number of pending users and join requests, and when the team was created.
​


​Users Without a Team
See the number of users who have created an account but are not a member of a team. Clicking into this report will reveal a full list of people who are not on a team, their Role, User Type, and Date Joined.
​


​Assessments Taken
​See the number of unique assessments completed by users in your organization. Clicking into this report will reveal a list of all available assessments within your organization. Within each assessment, you can see the number of assessments taken and your Org Completion Rate.
​


The button in the top right will take you to your Org Settings within your Admin Dashboard. ​Click the download button to download a CSV of any of these reports.
