Stay in the loop with our seamless Slack integration! Now, you can receive Daily Coaching Tips and other app communications directly in Slack, making it easier to engage with your tips. You can react to, share, save, and reflect on your tips, helping to foster healthier team dynamics, navigate conflicts, and enhance collaboration.
What You Need to Know:
Each team member can install the Cloverleaf Slack app individually—no admin approval is required on Cloverleaf’s side.
Enabling the Slack Integration in admin settings allows everyone in your organization to manage their Slack notifications within Cloverleaf.
Ensure the Slack workspace email matches the Cloverleaf email for smooth integration.

Introducing Coaching Focus 🎯
We’re excited to introduce Coaching Focus, designed to make your Cloverleaf coaching experience even more impactful. By selecting a Coaching Focus, you can tailor your coaching experience to align with specific goals, ensuring the insights you receive are always relevant and actionable.
What You Need to Know:
Org Report for Coaching Focus: As an Org Admin, you can access reports to see what Coaching Focus areas your team members have selected. These reports are anonymous, giving you insights into your organization’s focus areas without compromising individual privacy.
Role-Based Options: Coaching Focus options are tied to the role selected by team members. Individuals can always change their role in Account Settings.
Onboarding Experience: New team members will choose a Coaching Focus during account setup. Existing members will be prompted to select one the next time they sign in, ensuring everyone has a personalized coaching path.
Daily Coaching Tips: Look for the Coaching Focus icon on your Daily Coaching Tips. This icon indicates that the tip is tailored to your specific coaching goals, providing even more relevant guidance for you and your teammates.

Improved Assessment Reminders ✅
Keeping track of assessments just got easier! You can now view incomplete assessments for your teammates and send reminders using the assessments tab in Team Dashboard Settings, ensuring your team completes their assessments and gets the most from Cloverleaf.
What You Need to Know:
Both Org Admins and Team Admins can access and manage assessment reminders.
Team Settings allows you to handle pending team requests, manage assessment reminders, and set other preferences. Navigate to View Dashboard > Settings from any team via your Admin Dashboard.
