Ensuring your role is up-to-date allows Cloverleaf to provide you with the most relevant content and resources.

Updating your role helps Cloverleaf give you a more contextually relevant experience to ensure growth as you use Cloverleaf to learn about yourself and others.

Choose from any one of these four roles:

  • Individual Contributor: Enhance your personal growth and maximize your contributions to your team's objectives.

  • Team Lead/Team Manager: Sharpen your leadership skills and foster a thriving, effective team environment.

  • Business Lead: Elevate organizational development and implement high-level management strategies for broader impact.

  • Coach/Consultant: Access specialized insights and tools to empower clients and drive organizational transformation.

Follow these steps to update your Role:

  1. Sign in to your Cloverleaf account

  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down

  3. Role can be found on the "General" page.

  4. Click the Role drop-down. Select the option that best aligns with your current role and click "Save".
