Setting your manager on Cloverleaf gives you a more personalized coaching experience through the Reporting Teams module on My Dashboard. By connecting with your manager, you can receive coaching insights tailored specifically to your unique team dynamics, driving more relevant and actionable insights.

To get started, you can set your manager through My Dashboard or Account settings. If your manager isn’t already on Cloverleaf, it’s easy to invite them. Don’t have a manager? No problem—simply select the option to view your direct reports instead.

The Reporting Teams module will then display a customizable dashboard of your team, including any teammates who have set the same manager. This dashboard makes it easier to visualize your team dynamics and enhance collaboration, as you can now see how your team best works together.
