Privacy Settings for your Public Profile, Company Directory, and Calendar insights
Follow these steps to update your own privacy settings:
Sign in to your Cloverleaf account
Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select "My Account" from the drop-down
Select the "General" tab
Scroll down to the "Profile Privacy" section.
Here are the available preferences to choose from:
Everyone: anyone who searches for you in the Directory or using your sharing link for the Public Profile can view your profile
Organization: anyone in your organization can view you in the Directory or use your sharing link for the Public Profile to view your profile
Team: only people on your team can view your profile (you will not show up in the Directory if someone in your organization searches for you)
