Visibility Settings impact your Cloverleaf Profile, Organization Directory, Calendar Insights, and Sharing Tips.

Follow these steps to update your own Visibility settings:

  1. Sign in to your Cloverleaf account

  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down

  3. Select the "Visibility" tab

Here are the available preferences to choose from:

Public

Anyone can see coaching about you. You can now go to your Profile from your Home page and add the URL to your email signature or LinkedIn profile.

Having Public as your choice will allow you share your Cloverleaf profile with other Cloverleaf users. Sharing your profile with someone not already on Cloverleaf will prompt them to sign up before they can view your profile.

Organization

Anyone in your Cloverleaf organization can see coaching about you. Selecting this option also opens two toggle switches appear that when enabled give you greater control over your visibility on Cloverleaf.

Public Tip Sharing

Anyone can see coaching about you, shared by you or others, without having to log in. This makes it easy to share tips in tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Meeting Participants

Allow anyone outside of your organization that you are meeting with on your connected calendar to see coaching on you.

Another option becomes available when choosing Organization called the External Visibility List. Adding people to this list allows you to manage the people outside of your organization who can see coaching about you.

This is good for for those who want to keep profiles private but allow specific external contacts to see their coaching insights.

Restricted

Only the people you choose, plus your manager, direct reports, and any organization admins can see coaching about you. You will also see the same options for Public Tip Sharing and Meeting Participants here that you can toggle on or off here.

Members with Restricted visibility can now see exactly who has access to their profile and can add or remove individuals at any time.

When choosing Restricted, a Visibility List will appear that lets you manage the people approved to see coaching on you. Some people, like your manager, direct reports, and any organization admins, cannot be removed from the list.

Being in someone’s coaching network will not automatically give you access to their profile. This ensures stronger user control and privacy.

Note: If you are part of an organization linked to a Coach Partner, "organization" includes both teammates in your direct organization and the Coach organization associated with your org.
