Privacy Settings impact your Cloverleaf Profile, Organization Directory, Calendar Insights, and Sharing Tips.
Follow these steps to update your own privacy settings:
Sign in to your Cloverleaf account
Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down
Select the "Privacy" tab
You can also navigate directly to your privacy settings by going to: app.cloverleaf.me/account/settings/privacy
Here are the available preferences to choose from:
Open to anyone with or without a Cloverleaf account.

My Coaching Tips are visible to everyone, whether they have a Cloverleaf account or not.
Anyone can view my assessment results, get coaching content related to me (including Calendar Insights and Dashboards), and share tips about me.
My Profile can be seen by anyone with a Cloverleaf account.
This is a great default if you want to be able to share your Cloverleaf tips on LinkedIn, for example, so that even people who aren't on Cloverleaf can see your tips.
People in my Cloverleaf organization, people I am in meetings with, and those that access my shared tips.
My profile and Coaching Tips are visible to everyone, only if they have a specific link to my tip and/or are signed into Cloverleaf.
Anyone signed into Cloverleaf, either as part of my organization or connected to me with a link or via calendar can view my assessment results, get coaching content related to me (including Calendar Insights and Dashboards), and share tips about me.
This is a great default if you want to be able to share your Cloverleaf tips on Slack, for example, and only plan to share things with other people already on Cloverleaf.
Only people in my Cloverleaf organization, and people I am in meetings with.
My profile and Coaching Tips are visible to people in my organization, only if they have a specific link to my tip, and/or are signed into Cloverleaf.
People outside of my organization and not a part of my calendar will not be able to see Coaching Tips on me. Only people within my Organization or connected to me via calendar can view my assessment results, get coaching content related to me (including Calendar Insights and Dashboards), and share tips about me.

Only my teammates, in my Coaching Network, and people I am in meetings with.
Only those on a team with me, in my Coaching Network, or included in my Calendar Insights can see my profile and coaching tips about me.
Calendar Insights, Meeting Dashboards, and shared tips about me are only available to those on a team with me, appearing on my calendar, or part of my Coaching Network.
Only my teammates and those in my Coaching Network
Only my teammates and members of my Coaching Network can see my profile and coaching tips about me.
Calendar Insights, Dashboards, and shared tips about me are only available to those on a team with me or in my Coaching Network.
Note: If you are part of an organization linked to a Coach Partner, "organization" includes both teammates in your direct organization and the Coach organization associated with your org.
