Managing Multiple Accounts

Cloverleaf lets you create and link multiple accounts if you are using Cloverleaf with multiple companies or even personally. Each account will have its own email+password and once connected allows you to transfer assessment results so you have consistent data no matter how you are using Cloverleaf.

Linking two accounts

  1. Open the account switcher menu by clicking the icon in the top left corner of your browser window.

  2. Select Add another account in the drop-down menu.

  3. Sign in to the account you wish to add and follow the authorization steps to link it to any other accounts.

  4. Once the new account is linked you will have the option to import assessment scores from any other accounts.

Switch between accounts

  1. Open the account switcher menu by clicking the icon in the top left corner of your browser window.

  2. Select the account you want to use from the options. You may be required to sign back into the account you are switching to.

  3. If you can't see the account you want to use, click Add account to link another account or create a new one.

Importing Assessment Results

Once you have linked multiple accounts you can choose to import assessment results from one to the other so you don't have to retake any assessments you already have results for. Here are the steps to follow.

  1. Go to the account you wish to load scores onto

  2. Open your account settings by selecting your avatar in the top right corner of your browser windo.

  3. Under the Manage Accounts section click Import from Connected Account.

  4. Select the account in the list you wish to pull scores from.

  5. You will then see all the assessment scores at a glance that will be loaded and you can choose to import all of them or select just some.

  6. Click continue to have your scores loaded.
