Managing Multiple Accounts
Cloverleaf lets you create and link multiple accounts if you are using Cloverleaf with multiple companies or even personally. Each account will have its own email and password, and once connected allows you to transfer assessment results so you have consistent data no matter how you are using Cloverleaf.
Linking two accounts
Open your Settings menu by clicking your avatar in the top corner of your browser window.
Select + Add Account in the drop-down menu.
Sign in to the account you wish to add and follow the authorization steps to link it to any other accounts.
Once the new account is linked you will have the option to import assessment scores from any other accounts.
Switch between accounts
Open your Settings menu by clicking your avatar in the right left corner of your browser window.
Select switch account and choose the account you want to access. You may be required to sign back into the account you are switching to.
If you can't see the account you want to use, click Add account to link another account or create a new one.
Importing Assessment Results
Once you have linked multiple accounts you can choose to import assessment results from one to the other so you don't have to retake any assessments you already have results for. Here are the steps to follow.
Go to the account you wish to load scores onto
Open your account settings by selecting your avatar in the top right corner of your browser window.
Select the "..." menu from any of the pages in account settings and click "Import From Linked Account".
Select the account in the list you wish to pull scores from and click continue.
You will then see all the assessment scores at a glance that will be loaded and you can choose to import all of them or select just some.
Click continue to have your scores pulled into your profile. Note: importing results into another account does not remove them from the previous account.
