How to Use Discover
Discover offers personalized coaching based on who your people are and what they’re facing. Discover taps into individual strengths, blind spots, and context to respond with relevant coaching for the moments that matter. Whether it's prepping for a tough conversation or navigating a stressful day, your team gets guidance they can use, right when they need it.
For Yourself
In the search bar, you can ask Cloverleaf for help with identifying strengths, preparing for a difficult conversation, or navigating a stressful day.
For Collaboration
Discover can be used to learn more about a teammate or even a team on Cloverleaf! The tool can help you navigate conflict with a teammate, understand when their energy is best used for data analysis or providing feedback, or even how they like to receive feedback.
You can use Discover to learn about any obstacles your team might have to overcome or use it to uncover where your team is strong.
Do More with Discover
When reviewing the coaching response you get after typing in your prompt, there are three ways you can do more with your response.
Dive Deeper
When this option is clicked, Cloverleaf will present you the option to ask a follow up question. You will also see some pre-loaded questions to help frame your coaching conversation.
How Do I Apply This?
When this option is selected, you will see a list of some suggested actions you can take based off your coaching response.
Take Notes
When Take Notes is selected, you will be able to write in any insights, thoughts, or takeaways from your coaching conversation. You revisit any notes you have taken in your Coaching History found in the Growth section on your left-side nav menu.
Type your response in the box and press the Save button so you can revisit it later!

Explore the coaching possibilities in Cloverleaf with relevant coaching nudges, always in context. Use these Smart Prompts to fuel your growth and interactions!
