What Is Discover?

Discover is a more powerful coaching experience that delivers instant, actionable guidance based on how you think and work. Type what you’re navigating, and Cloverleaf will use the insights you already know and love to deliver coaching in the moment you need it.

Cloverleaf has always provided powerful self-awareness. Now it becomes real-time, personalized coaching to help you navigate the human side of work—confidently.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Coaching when you need it. Instant, actionable guidance tailored to how you think and work, based on the situation you’re in — so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Multi-person coaching. Get insight on dynamics between multiple people at once: personality differences, blind spots, and team patterns that may be causing friction.

  • No assessment expertise required. Discover pulls from your assessments automatically and gives you coaching that just fits.

    • Your assessments are still here. Discover makes those insights easier to apply — turning awareness into action.

How to Access Discover (Beta)

  1. Sign in to Cloverleaf. You’ll land on Discover (your new homepage).

  2. Start typing what you’re working through—question or statement. Or pick from our recommendations.

Note: Discover is rolling out as the default Cloverleaf experience. This beta is our first step — expect improvements based on your feedback, and in a few weeks, this will be your permanent landing page.

FAQs

Can I switch back to the old view?
Yes—for now. Use the banner at the top of the page to toggle back.

Will my team see my searches?
No. Your searches stay private—they’re not shared with anyone and they don’t train AI models. We only use anonymized, organization-level patterns to learn what’s working and improve the experience for your team.

Do I still have access to all my assessment results?
Absolutely. Discover uses your assessments to power your coaching. You can still find them via the left sidebar navigation.

Do I still have Daily Coaching?
If you’ve set up Daily Coaching via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, you’ll keep receiving it. It will no longer appear in-app.

How do I give feedback?
Use the in-app feedback link or reach out via chat or email us at support@cloverleaf.me. We’re actively iterating and would love to know what you think.
