You can react, share, save, and reflect on your tips directly in MS Teams, helping you build healthier team dynamics, work through conflict, and collaborate more effectively!

Receive Daily Coaching Tips on yourself and the people you work closely with in MS Teams!
You can rate your Coaching Tips and provide feedback on why they were helpful or unhelpful.
Save coaching tips that you want to remember later, Share tips that resonate for you with your teammates, and Reflect on tips to further engage with Daily Coaching directly in MS Teams. You can view and manage tips you saved and reflected on in the Cloverleaf app.
In Account Settings, you can manage where you receive your Daily Coaching and adjust the frequency of your tips. Click Go to Settings from MS Teams by sending "Settings" in the chat, or navigate directly to Account Settings in Cloverleaf.
These preferences can be adjusted on the Notifications tab of Account Settings within Cloverleaf.
Along with choosing where you receive Daily Coaching, you can update your communication preferences under the Notifications tab, receiving alerts and updates about your Cloverleaf account directly in MS Teams.
Sending "Help" in the chat will bring up any commands for the Cloverleaf app, you can navigate to Account Settings, sign in, and sign out of Cloverleaf.
The Cloverleaf integration for MS Teams should be automatically enabled for your organization, however, this can still be disabled by your org admin. If you have issues installing Cloverleaf, reach out to your org admin and/or Microsoft Teams admin.
How to Install Cloverleaf for Microsoft Teams
To install Cloverleaf for MS Teams, all you need is a Cloverleaf account and access to MS Teams.
Use the quick start link to install the Cloverleaf app or follow the installation instructions outlined below.
Navigate to the Apps section on Microsoft Teams and type "Cloverleaf" into the search bar. Note: You must be signed into Microsoft Teams.
Click "Add" to install the Cloverleaf app.
Note: Based on your organization's MS Teams settings, you either will be able to add the app directly or you will need to request approval. This should follow the same process your team uses for any MS Teams app. If you see "Request" instead of "Add", then you will need your Microsoft Teams administrator to approve this application before you can install it.
Once you add the app, you will receive a welcome message and be prompted to Sign In.
When you click sign in, you will be brought to a new tab on Cloverleaf. Click Authorize and then you will receive a confirmation message. Moving forward, you will be pre-authorized when interacting with Cloverleaf via MS Teams.
Note: If you're not logged in to Cloverleaf, you may need to log into Cloverleaf first and click the Sign In button on Microsoft Teams again.
Return to Microsoft Teams, where you will receive your Daily Coaching from Cloverleaf!
