From the Team Dashboard, you can see when assessments are incomplete for someone on the team. Cloverleaf allows you to send a reminder to teammates to complete their assessments.
Sending Assessment Reminders
From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the team you want to manage by clicking the View Dashboard button.
Once on the Team Dashboard, there are two ways to manage assessment reminders.
How to Send Assessment Reminders from the Team Dashboard
On each assessment module, if anyone on that team has not taken it, there will be an Incomplete icon in the top right. You can trigger email reminders directly from the Team Dashboard with your Admin access.
By hovering over the Incomplete tag, you will see that "the following people do not have the required scores for this section."
Click Send Email Reminder to trigger a reminder to be sent to those teammates.
This will automatically send an email to anyone who has yet to complete that specific assessment. This email comes from Cloverleaf (noreply@cloverleaf.me).
Here is an example of the email that they will receive that will redirect them back to Cloverleaf to complete the assessment:
How to Send Assessment Reminders from the Team Dashboard Settings Page
From the Team Dashboard, select the Settings link at the top of the Team Dashboard. Reminder: only Organization Admins and Team Admins can access the Settings.
Navigate to the Assessments page of the Team Dashboard Settings.
You can review who still needs to complete their assessments by clicking the expander button on the right, and also use the green Send Email Reminder button to send off reminders to your teammates.
Click Send Email Reminder to open a module and send reminders to all team members who are missing assessments. You can trigger this for required assessments, all assessments, or selected assessments.
After choosing which reminder(s) you want to send, press the Send button when you are ready.
Once you send out a new reminder, you will be able to see the last reminded date for each user.
