This guide walks through how to send assessment reminders through the Team Dashboard as a Team or Org Admin.

What can I learn from this page? How to send assessment reminders to Team Members

From the Team Dashboard, you can see when assessments are incomplete for someone on the team. Cloverleaf allows you to send a reminder to teammates to complete their assessments so as a team you can get the most out of Cloverleaf.


How to Send Assessment Reminders

From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the team you want to manage by clicking View Dashboard. Once on the Team Dashboard, there are two ways to manage assessment reminders.


Team Dashboard Incomplete Icon:

On each assessment module, if anyone on that team has not taken it, there will be an incomplete icon in the top right. You can trigger email reminders directly from the Team Dashboard with your Admin access. Here's how:

By scrolling through the dashboard, you may notice that some of the assessment boxes are marked, in their top right corner, with an orange INCOMPLETE button. By hovering over the INCOMPLETE, you will see that "the following people do not have the required scores for this section."


Click Send Email Reminder to trigger a reminder to be sent to those teammates. You'll see a green confirmation bar at the top of your screen.
Note: If you are a team member, you will see your teammates who have not completed it, but only a team or org admin can send the reminder.


This will automatically send an email to anyone who has yet to complete that specific assessment. This email comes from Cloverleaf (noreply@cloverleaf.me). Here is an example of the email that they will receive that will redirect them back to Cloverleaf to complete the assessment:

Team Dashboard Settings:

Navigate to the Assessments tab from Team Settings.


From here, you can view incomplete assessments by assessment or by members.

Click Send Email Reminder to open a module and send reminders to all team members who are missing assessments. You can trigger this for required assessments, all assessments, or selected assessments.


Once you send out a new reminder, you will be able to see the last reminded date for each user.
