Reporting Teams
Reporting Teams builds your team dashboard automatically based on your organization's reporting structure. Instead of manually creating and maintaining teams, you set your manager once and your dashboard populates with the people you work with most.
You can still create additional teams or use Dashboard Builder for project-specific views.

How Do I Set Up My Reporting Team?
Navigate to the Collaborate section in the left sidebar.
Click Reporting Teams.
Click Set Your Manager.
Use the dropdown to search for your manager, or type their name directly in the text field.
Select your manager. Your Reporting Team dashboard will now appear under the Reporting Teams link in Collaborate.
Note: You must complete this step before your Reporting Team dashboard becomes visible.
How Do I Update My Reporting Team?
When your manager changes, update your Reporting Team from your dashboard:
Go to Collaborate and click Reporting Teams.
Click Update Reporting Team.
Select your new manager from the dropdown.
You can also request that direct reports be added through this same screen, keeping your Reporting Team accurate as your organization evolves.
How Do I Switch Between Reporting Team Dashboards?
If you both report to a manager and have direct reports of your own, you belong to more than one Reporting Team dashboard.
To switch between them:
From your Reporting Team dashboard, click the name of the currently displayed team at the top of the page.
A dropdown menu will appear listing all Reporting Team dashboards you belong to.
Select the dashboard you want to view.
