If you ever need to edit your personal details such as, Name, Email, Company, Industry, Role, or Password you can do all this in your Cloverleaf Account Settings.

How to Get to the Account Settings Page

Sign In to your account and click your profile icon (this is either a picture of yourself or your initials) in the top right corner of the page. Once selected, click the option labeled “Account Settings” to open your personal account settings page.

How to Update Information on the Account Settings' General page

The Person Information section is where you can go to update your First Name, Last Name, Time Zone, Default Language, Profile URL, Role, Job Title, and Company.

How to Upload Your Avatar, or Profile Picture

Personalize your account and quickly find yourself both on your Dashboards when you upload an avatar photo. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to upload a personal photo as your Cloverleaf avatar.

Under the "General" page in your Account Settings, select the "Upload Image" at the top of the page.

To upload your photo you can either drag a photo file into the dotted box, or you can click anywhere inside the box to browse and choose a file from your computer.

Make sure you fit the box around the part of the picture you want to show as your profile picture. You can also rotate the image or reset if needed. Once you're happy, press the "Upload Image" button.

Once all changes have been made, make sure to press the Save button after making your changes.

How to Update Your Role

Ensuring your role is up-to-date allows Cloverleaf to provide you with the most relevant content and resources.

Updating your role helps Cloverleaf give you a more contextually relevant experience to ensure growth as you use Cloverleaf to learn about yourself and others.

Choose from any one of these roles:

  • Individual Contributor: I'm responsible for my work and collaborating with others.

  • Team Lead: I'm responsible for projects and lead others, but I do not manage any individual contributors.

  • Team Manager: I'm responsible for individual contributor(s).

  • Business Lead: I'm responsible for a business unit and managing people managers.

  • Coach/Consultant: I'm responsible for project-based work with many clients.

Press the Save button when finished making changes.

How to Change Your Password

Under the "General" page in your Account Settings, scroll down to the "Password" Section to enter a new password.

Your new password must meet Cloverleaf's password requirements before you can save your new password. Your password must be eight characters long, contain one capital letter, and one number.

Once you are ready to update your password you can click "Update."

How To Update Your Email Address

If you are adding a new email address to use as a primary one or adding an additional email just to log in with, these steps will show you how to do this on the Account Settings' General page.

To add a new email, scroll down to the "Associated emails" section. Type the email address you wish to add inside the Email text box, and then click "Add."

Any address that you add will then receive an email with a link inside asking you to "Confirm Email". This is the final step to linking another email account to your profile.

After you verify your account, you can set or change your primary email by clicking the star next to the desired primary email. You will not have this option until you have gone through the verification process described above.

Please note that your primary email is where you will receive all notifications, and is also the email you'll need to use to sign in. Secondary emails are associated with your account, so if someone:

  • invites you to a new team with your personal account, you can follow the invite link and it will recognize the existing account

  • includes you on a calendar event and your secondary email is set as the attendee, the calendar integration will recognize an account for that email and still send an insight

How to Delete an Email Address from your Account Settings

You can also delete an email address by clicking the trash can icon to the right of it. You will be asked and have to confirm "Are You Sure?" before deleting the email.
