This article provides instructions on how to update your Role in Account Settings

Ensuring your role is up-to-date allows Cloverleaf to provide you with the most relevant content and resources.

Updating your role helps Cloverleaf give you a more contextually relevant experience to ensure growth as you use Cloverleaf to learn about yourself and others.

Choose from any one of these roles:

  • Individual Contributor: I'm responsible for my work and collaborating with others.

  • Team Lead: I'm responsible for projects and lead others, but I do not manage any individual contributors.

  • Team Manager: I'm responsible for individual contributor(s).

  • Business Lead: I'm responsible for a business unit and managing people managers.

  • Coach/Consultant: I'm responsible for project-based work with many clients.

Follow these steps to update your Role:

  1. Sign in to your Cloverleaf account

  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down

  3. Role can be found on the "General" page.

  4. Click the Role drop-down. Select the option that best aligns with your current role and click "Save".

Your role on Cloverleaf will impact your options for Coaching Focus. When you choose a Coaching Focus, Cloverleaf personalizes your coaching experience to support that goal best. As your goals or role change, your coaching focus can too!
