Why it matters:
Trust is the bedrock of any strong team. When trust is missing, teammates may hide their challenges, hesitate to ask for help, or misjudge each other's intentions. Running Cloverleaf activities with your team can accelerate trust building and collaboration.
Tips
Only Admins or those who have set their Role to Team Lead, Team Manager, Business Lead, or Coach or Consultant can select from a list of activities.
You can Launch Activities from the Team Dashboard, Reporting Team Dashboard, or from within a custom dashboard using the Dashboard Builder.
Resources
Set time aside in your Team 1:1's to run a discovery session on your direct reports profile.
This is not a debrief, but as a mutual discovery session. Focus on how they like to work, receive feedback, and make decisions.
Why it matters:
This creates early psychological safety and shows that development is individualized, not one-size-fits-all. This also gives you and your reports time to build trust in the system and in their assessment results, which is the foundation to their Cloverleaf Coaching. You also start to build a team vocabulary using Cloverleaf coaching that create a baseline of understanding.
