Introducing Dashboard Builder 🎉

Whether in a meeting, working on a project, or collaborating with new teammates, quickly get coaching on the people you work with the most, without joining a team by using Dashboard Builder.

What you need to know:

  • Dashboard Builder enables individuals to generate a dashboard view for any group of people in your organization. This can be done without creating or joining a team, reducing team and people management tasks for Cloverleaf Admins.

  • Having team members connect their calendar will automatically create dashboards for each meeting they are in. Learn more about Meeting Dashboards.

  • Dashboards can only be generated for teammates who have existing Cloverleaf accounts in your organization. Dashboard Builder respects the Privacy Settings of each team member. This feature is separate from Team or Meeting Dashboards and is generated by individuals. Any dashboards or changes made can only be seen by that user, and teammates will not be notified.

Updates to Microsoft Teams

Coaching Tips are generated to give you coaching on who you work with most and we've integrated with Microsoft Teams to make it easier for you and your team to use Cloverleaf where you work most. Here’s what’s new:

  • You can now share tips that resonate with your teammates, save tips you want to refer back to later, and reflect on tips with personalized prompts in your Daily Coaching Experience.

  • Individuals can adjust preferences for Daily Coaching, app notifications, and other essential communication in Cloverleaf to receive them directly in MS Teams.

What you need to know:

  • We made it even easier for your team to get set up with Cloverleaf on MS Teams! Previously, the MS Teams integration required a tenant ID to enable this on Cloverleaf. Now, this is automatically enabled on the Admin Dashboard, no tenant ID is required, and users just need to go to MS Teams to get this installed.

  • Having the MS Teams Integration enabled allows anyone in your organization to install the Cloverleaf app in MS Teams. Enabling this on Cloverleaf only grants access to do so, and does not install anything for users in MS Teams.

  • Users must create a Cloverleaf account using the same email as their MS Teams account before installing the app. If email addresses change, the app will need to be reinstalled.

  • Although individuals can install this app, we recommend that a Microsoft Teams Admin install the app on behalf of your organization to simplify the process.
